Membership Agreement
Obligations hereunder a member’s membership are conditioned by 80/20 Fitness LLC, and member otherwise complying with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Rules defined below) For purposes of the foregoing conditions, the term “member” shall only include one individual per agreement.
This is not an “open gym” format. By class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted.
The facility is located at the address of 604 Gallatin Ave. Suite 112 Nashville, TN 37206
Hours of operation as follows: Operating hours vary depending on class and personal training schedule.
80/20 Fitness may alter its location, operating hours, type and quantity of equipment, and the type and frequency of its classes from time to time in its sole discretion. Fitness training is an evolving science. Thus, 80/20 Fitness LLC reserves the right to change its routines, classes and equipment to accommodate such evolution.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: Memberships are paid on a recurring basis therefore each member has the right to cancel the membership and complete the remaining sessions before the scheduled payment due date. Classes cannot roll over into the next month. Members may not exchange remaining sessions with other members, family, or friends. If members are unable to attend a scheduled class, they may attend another morning or evening class within the month of the missed class. Personal training clients are permitted 1 reschedule/cancellation pass per month. Any other missed sessions without 24 hours advance notice will still be charged. Clients may reschedule within 30 days of the next payment due. There will be no refunds for classes, personal training or private space rentals.
Membership Payment Details:
Membership fees may be subject to 9.25% Service Fee. All payments will be paid on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise mentioned.
Safety: 80/20 Fitness is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may incur will participating in our services. Members are responsible for usage of all equipment and if they experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, unusual fatigue, dizziness or fainting, or extreme pain, whether they are under the direct supervision of the trainer, they will immediately stop exercising and inform a representative of 80/20 Fitness LLC of the symptoms. Members are responsible for wearing proper footwear and clothing during workout sessions and/or classes.
Measurements and Photos: A member may be photographed, measured and weighed in on a recurring basis. As a member, if you feel uncomfortable, please be sure to express your concerns with the trainer or to an 80/20 Fitness Manager for reconciliation. If you would like to discontinue measurements and/or photos please submit a written request to info@8020fitnessnashville.com.
Lost Items: 80/20 Fitness is not responsible for any post or stolen items. Please be sure to secure your belongings in a space that you are most comfortable.
Minors: People under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. 80/20 Fitness is not liable for any injuries or harm that may occur within the facility.
Personal Hygiene: Members will be mindful of their personal hygiene ensuring comfortably and respect to other members and staff.

Media an Advertisement: 80/20 Fitness LLC. will be using photos and videos as a form of advertisement. Photos and videos are subject to being placed on the 80/20 Fitness LLC website and other forms of social media and advertisements that can be viewed by the public. If members do not want their photo taken or posted on the website or social media platforms, please provide a written statement via email.
These terms are subject to change.
